- CUSTOMER SATISFACTION: Achieve a rating of 5 on a scale of 1 through 5. This is monitored through all interactions with the customer (engineering, purchasing, quality, etc.), from the quoting stage through final shipment.
- ON TIME DELIVERY: Achieve and maintain 95% or better on time delivery rating.
- DEFECT FREE PRODUCT: Scrap rate to be <1.0% of cost of goods sold.
- SUPPLIER SATISFACTION: Supplier Performance will be measured with less than 10% of all suppliers receiving a “below expectations” rating.
